Information, not a binding offer
Website content is a general description of possible football and education pathway support. It is not legal, immigration, financial, medical, academic-admissions or governing-body eligibility advice. Content, routes, dates, locations and service availability can change. An enquiry, form acknowledgement or initial conversation does not create an agency, representation or client relationship and does not require 1OF1 to offer a service.
Evaluations and service boundaries
Any evaluation is an informed opinion based on the information and footage available at the time. 1OF1 may help with profile preparation, realistic route research, communication and general process guidance. Schools, coaches, clubs, competition bodies, admissions teams, scholarship providers and public authorities make their own decisions independently of 1OF1.
No guaranteed outcome
1OF1 does not guarantee an evaluation, invitation, trial, showcase place, representation, introduction, response from a coach, team selection, playing time, admission, eligibility, visa, scholarship, financial aid, transfer, contract or professional career. Examples, pathway descriptions, player stories and showcases illustrate possibilities only; they are not promises that another applicant will receive the same result.
Showcases
A showcase application is a request to be considered, not a booking. Places may depend on age, level, location, capacity, safeguarding requirements, payment under separate event terms and parent or guardian permission. Confirmed event details may change for operational, venue, safety or circumstances outside reasonable control. If an event has separate booking, cancellation or refund terms, those terms will be provided before a paid booking is completed.
Your information and materials
Information you submit must be accurate to the best of your knowledge. You must have permission to share footage, CVs, academic documents and another person's contact details. If you are under 18, a parent or guardian must agree to the enquiry. You keep ownership of your materials and give 1OF1 permission to view and use them only to assess and respond to the enquiry, unless a later written agreement says otherwise.
Third-party services and links
The site links to social platforms and may discuss schools, leagues, governing bodies or other organisations. Those organisations control their own sites, criteria, decisions and services. A link or reference does not mean 1OF1 controls or guarantees the third party. Review the third party's current terms before relying on it or sharing information with it.
Site content and availability
Unless otherwise stated, the 1OF1 name, branding, site design and original text belong to 1OF1 or are used under licence. You may not reproduce them commercially without written permission. We aim to keep the site useful and accurate but do not promise uninterrupted availability or that every item is complete, current or error-free.
Responsibility
Nothing in these terms excludes responsibility that cannot lawfully be excluded. Subject to that, 1OF1 is not responsible for third-party decisions or for indirect losses caused by relying on general website content instead of obtaining advice appropriate to your circumstances. Any specific paid service will be governed by the responsibility and cancellation terms supplied for that service.

Our Privacy Policy and data-handling page explain how enquiry information is used. We may update these website terms when the site or services change. The date above identifies the version currently in effect; changes apply from publication and do not rewrite a separately signed agreement.
