1. You choose what to send
You can contact 1OF1 by email or social media. The website also has two structured routes: an evaluation form for players with highlight footage and a showcase form for players seeking an in-person assessment route. The forms collect player, contact, football and education information relevant to that enquiry. Under-18 applicants must include a parent or guardian contact.
2. The form is checked and delivered
Required fields are validated on submission. Cloudflare Turnstile checks that the request is likely to come from a person rather than an automated system. If validation succeeds, Resend sends the submission as an email to the 1OF1 Outlook mailbox. Form content is not written to a separate website database.
3. 1OF1 reviews only for the stated enquiry
Authorised 1OF1 personnel use the information to assess the player's stated goals, decide whether an evaluation or showcase conversation is appropriate and reply to the applicant or guardian. A submission is not automatically distributed to schools, coaches or event partners, and it does not guarantee a response time or outcome.
4. External links stay under your control
The forms accept URLs rather than uploads. The original footage, CV or academic document stays on the platform selected by the applicant. Applicants should share only the minimum necessary, check who can open each link and revoke access when review is complete. 1OF1 does not ask for a password to access a link.
6. Inactive enquiries are removed
Enquiries that do not progress are deleted from the active mailbox within 12 months of the last substantive contact. Records for an ongoing relationship may be retained for up to six years after it ends where required for the relationship, complaints, accounts or legal claims. A person can request earlier deletion at any time, subject to limited legal or record-keeping needs.
